Your business and the customer
Business name and contact details, customer name, property address, quote number and date.
Measured areas
Lawn, beds and edges with their square footage or length, ideally on a map, so it's clear what's included.
Line items with quantities
Each service as quantity × unit price = total: sq ft of lawn, cubic yards of mulch, linear feet of curbing.
Recurring and one-time totals apart
Mowing per visit and a mulch install are different kinds of money. Adding them together confuses the customer.
Optional add-ons
Edging, aeration or weed barrier as tick-box lines with their own prices. Easy upsells, no second quote.
Tax, validity and terms
Tax lines, a valid-until date (30 days is common), deposit and payment terms, and a note that satellite measurements are confirmed on site.
